eSignal: Product Support

Product Training

The eSignal / OnDemand Product Training section contains pre-recorded videos and links to live, online classes that will show you how to use eSignal efficiently and effectively – with a focus on special features such as advanced charting and EFS.

New User Orientation

If you're using the eSignal platform for the first time, you'll benefit from a visit to our New User Orientation sites:
New User Orientation - eSignal ver. 11.0
New User Orientation - eSignal ver. 10.6

We take you step by step through installing and configuring the software and introduce you to several of the most popular features within eSignal. We'll also showcase where you can learn more about our dynamic charting, trade integration, eSignal Formula Script (EFS), searching our KnowledgeBase and more. Finally, we'll explain how you can get additional support assistance should the need arise.

EFS Help Center and Library

The eSignal KnowledgeBase has a central location for EFS documentation. Here, you will find a complete collection of EFS reference materials, how-to guides, tutorials and an extensive library of EFS formulas developed for eSignal users. In addition, the Support site features an "EFS Basics" video that you may find helpful.
